    Ferrous metal is the most-used and most-welded metal in all metals. In recent years, with the popularity of high-strength steel and ultra-high-strength steel, the industry has higher requirements for welding equipment. Therefore, we rolled out the multi-process welding platform targeting at the welding of ferrous metal.

    1) Cold-arc welding: low heat input, suitable for lap welding, thin-plate welding and solid wire surfacing
    Technical features:

    B. Arc burns stale, few spatter
    C.Arc soft, molten pool calm
    D.Cold-arc welding is DC welding, both 80%Ar+20%CO2 and 100%CO2 can be used

    2) Root welding: suitable for all-position bottom welding, especially the welding of pipes in petrol and chemical industry, and so on
    Technical parameters:
    A.Can take the place of TIG welding to do backing welding, and its speed is 3-4 times of TIG welding
    B.Heat input can be accurately control, similar to TIG welding
    C.Few spatter, seam beautiful
    D.In root welding, the welding meat is smooth, and backside of welding seam will not be sunken, but bulged

    3) Vertical up welding: suitable for all kinds of vertical up fillet welding or cover weld

    A. Heat input can be accurately controlled 
    B.Few spatters, clear ripples can form automatically
    C.DC cold arc and hi-speed pulse arc work alternatively, work frequency and duty cycle can be set independently
    D.While the work frequency of DC cold arc and hi-speed pulse arc is 100Hz, you can get a brand-new welding--composite arc welding
    E. Suitable for welding of medium/thick plate, especially the welding of high-strength steel, ultra-high strength steel
