MCT-350 Cold-Arc Welding Machine
Cold arc welding, also known as cold metal transition welding, currently mainly includes STT (surface tension transfer), CMT (timely wire withdrawal), and Cold Arc (timely shutdown at the moment of arc short circuit) to achieve cold arc.
Sichuan Morrow Welding Development Co., Ltd. has developed cold arc transition welding machines such as DSP-500TG5 cold arc welding function 10 years ago. In 2023, we developed a timely withdrawal welding wire to achieve cold metal transition welding machine. Our welding machine model is MCT-350, which is matched with robots for high-quality cold arc welding.
Main features:
① The welding machine adopts IGBT inverter technology and DSP digital precise control.
② Auto switch off in overcurrent, undervoltage, overheating, and phase loss protection functions.
③ Wire retraction frequency: 80-120Hz.
④ During welding, the heat input to the weld seam is low.
⑤ No spatter welding, and the arc is very stable.
⑥ High quality welding of thin plates suitable for arc short-circuit transition
