MZ7 Submerged Arc Welding Machine: Partner’s Steel Plate Assembly Welding Production Case
2026-09-20
Recently, one of our welding partners adopted Morrow Welding equipment for steel plate assembly and welding operations in its official production workshop.
Submerged arc welding(SAW) is a common welding method for long weld lines and heavy steel component fabrication. It delivers high working efficiency and adapts well to continuous production work. It is widely applied in many industrial projects, mainly including steel structure manufacturing, tank production and pressure vessel processing.
In this cooperative project, our equipment undertakes the continuous welding work after steel plate assembly. The equipment maintains a stable welding arc and forms neat and uniform welds. Its reliable working performance fully meets the standard requirements of formal industrial production.
The MZ7 series submerged arc welding machine is independently developed for industrial submerged arc welding scenarios. Besides basic SAW work, it can also support MMA welding and carbon arc gouging to meet diverse production needs. The equipment can be adjusted and configured based on actual conditions such as welding current, welding wire diameter, steel plate thickness and on-site production standards.
We sincerely share this practical assembly and welding application case with our cooperative partner. We will continue to provide reliable and professional submerged arc welding solutions for industrial manufacturing customers.
