NBC series is the semi-automatic MIG/MAG machine adopts CO2 as protection gas.
It is a new-type machine we developed after absorbing the features and functions of international and domestic similar products.
It can be used to weld the low carbon steel, low alloy steel with solid-cored welding wire with diameter being Φ0.8mm to 1.6mm.
With its particular static feature and the good dynamic feature, it is endowed with such characteristics as strong adjustability of electric arc, easy to strike arc, high efficiency in melting iron (1-4 higher than the manual welding), small distortion, beautiful welding seam and little spatter, etc. Meanwhile, the welder is small, light, efficient, and easy to operate.
It has the function of protection from lacking phase, overheat, overcurrent, over/under voltage. It is a high-efficiency and energy-saving welding equipment. Even in the international market, it is still a new-type product.
Adopting the latest big-power IGBT switch parts, and using the small and light HF transformer to replace the heavy power frequency transformer of the traditional welder, MZ7 Series submerged arc welding generator is endowed with such features as high efficiency, small no-load consumption, welding current stable, energy saving, and material saving, etc. The welding tractor, output of the modern high technology, adopts the advanced electronic switch to control the cut and connection of power source, thus it is small in size, light in weight, easy to adjust and use, rather stable and high reliable, etc. It is especially suitable for the quick welding of metal parts of middle/thick thickness such as pressure vessel, machinery processing, steel structure, and ship building, etc.
