Features

Our company developed the second generation high-speed pulse MIG welding machine on the basis of the first generation normal pulse MIG welding machine, it solved the process of pulse MIG welding thickness, medium and thin carbon steel plate, and further enhances the process of welding aluminum and its alloys and stainless steel.

1.Almost no spatter.

2.High-speed pulse makes large current to automatically form compression arc, a greater depth of molten, groove can be changed from 60° to 30° or 40°, thus greatly improve production efficiency and reduce cost.

3.Small current has cold arc welding process, φ1.2 aluminum wire uses 30A, φ1.2 carbon steel wire uses 35A, φ1.2 stainless steel welding wire uses 35A, which makes the arc more stable.

4.High speed pulse MIG background welding can replace TIG welding, and the velocity is 4-5 times of argon arc welding, and the front and back forming are comparable with argon arc welding.
