Q: What’s the MOQ:

A: If use our brand, MOQ is 5 sets.

If you need OEM products, MOQ will be 20sets at least

Q: What kind of payment means you can accept

A: TT/LC. For bulk quantity order: 30% deposit and the balance 70% before the shipment.

Q: what’s your delivery time:

Sample order or small quantity order we can delivery within 10 days.

OEM service or other big order it takes around 20 days after confirming the advance payment.

Q: Can we mix different items in one container?

A: Yes you can order different model to mix one container and even you need some other products.we would like to offer help.

Q:What about the after sales service?

A: 1.1 years guarantee time will be provided the effective time calculated from the date of BL 1% to 2% free spare parts(PCB or other easy damage components to you for your maintenance.

2.If need any spares urgently we will send by Courier or by air within machine warranty period,If you meet any problem which can't be fixed by yourself we will provide technical support through video.
