Our ZX7-400-B is developed based on the original ZX7 series of stick arc welding machine. Besides the function of MMA machine, it is mainly designed for cellulose electrode for pipeline.
While offering downward welding of cellulose electrode, our ZX7-400-B have such main technological advantages, including deep melting depths, strong penetration, effective root-end preparation with good weld appearance on both sides, reduced sensitivity to pores, minimal operational complexity, high-quality welds both inside and out, ease of learning and application, and a short training period.
The machine is extensively used in the installation and construction of large-diameter pipelines for oil, gas, and water transportation, and so on.
