Process
1.Introduction
ZX7 series of IGBT inverter arc welding rectifier is a kind of HF inverter DC welding power adopting IGBT as the main switch parts. It is small in size, light in weight, high efficient, small consumption in no-load condition, and over one third energy saving than the traditional welder, which can effectively lower down the cost, thus it is the ideal energy-saving welding equipment.
Adopting the world most advanced soft switch edgewise syntony technology (the power tube have ZVS cut-on in zero voltage and have ZCS cut off in zero current), it can effectively eliminate the consumption brought by the hard switch inverter power big current and high voltage, effectively reduce the temperature and greatly raise the reliability.
